I use this on my trainer for Zwift. So as far as road or trail testing, I haven’t had a chance to really test it. With that said, it feels very sturdy and I don’t think it would have any issue mountain biking or road biking.

This phone holder is easy to install and remove. It doesn't bounce around while riding like the clamp on brackets and its easy to slip the phone into and out of.

Hard to use with a I phone 10. Rubber bands mess up the screen.

Seems secure, nice-feeling material, etc. Here's the issue: the section that fits on the bottom of an iPhone screen covers the part of the screen that you have to swipe to unlock the phone. So, trying to unlock your screen is an infuriating process that results in (if you have the feature on) the "reachability" feature being activated. I'm sure there's a trick to it, but this is a real hassle that shows poor design and testing.

Closing or switching apps presents the same problem, and could result in accidentally, for example, sending texts, ending activities in Strava, etc. while simply trying to switch apps.
